Whiteout Survival Farm Guide
In Whiteout Survival, a “farm” is simply an alternate account you create and manage for the sole purpose of generating extra resources for your main account. It’s one of the most common strategies in competitive servers because it gives you a steady stream of Coal, Wood, Iron, Meat, and sometimes Speedups without relying entirely on gathering or alliance help.
Why Create a Farm Account?
1. Extra Resource Supply
Your main account will constantly need huge amounts of resources—especially after Furnace level 20—when upgrades become extremely expensive. A farm account can supply millions per week.
2. Less Pressure on Gathering
Instead of using all your marches to gather for your main, you can have the farm gather resources and send them to you, freeing your main to focus on events or rallies.
3. Shield Savings
Rather than keeping huge resource reserves on your main (which can attract attacks), you can store resources in your farm until you’re ready to transfer them.
4. Event Advantage
Some events require you to consume or donate resources. Farms let you instantly meet these goals without draining your main’s reserves.
5. Alliance Advantage
Your farm account can help donate and build up the alliance's resources. They can also be used to help defend and build around the main alliance so enemies can't port close the your hive.
6. Spy Account
Are you ready to know more about the enemy and their tactics? Many people have farms in States where they are playing against in SvS to gain a competitive edge and see where people are hiding and nation tactics.
How to Create a Farm Account in Whiteout Survival
Option 1 – Create a New Character on the Same Account
Go to Settings → Account → Characters on your main account and create a new character in your current state.
Option 2 - Set Up a New Account
- Are you ready to take your Farming to the next level? You can make a completely separate account by going to Profile → Settings → Account, logging in with a different Google/Facebook account, playing through the tutorial, and then creating characters in your state using Option 1 above.
- Important: Place your farm account in the same server as your main. If it spawns elsewhere, use a Migration Pass before the 5-day limit expires.
Step 2 – Upgrade your Farm Account and Specialize in Resource Production
Upgrade resource buildings first:
Coal Mine → for heating (high demand)
Lumberyard → wood for building upgrades
Iron Mine → crucial for later building and troop upgrades
Hunter’s Hut → meat (needed for troops and building)
- Don't upgrade the Storehouse unless required to.
- Upgrade your wall to level 3 so it doesn't port away as fast from attacking it.
Ignore unnecessary combat or decorative upgrades—your farm doesn’t need strong heroes for PvP.
- Pro Tip - In 2025 the game mechanics have changed. Only upgrade using Secured Resources. This means collect your resources before upgrading. When you upgrade, you will use your Secured Resources and leave your unsecured resources for you main city.
Step - Keep It Safe
Always keep your farm close to help protect it. If you’re storing a lot of resources, it might be helpful to put a shield on.
Step 5 – Transfer Resources
Join the same alliance as your main (or a feeder alliance linked to your main’s alliance).
Use resource transport to send directly.
Remember, there’s a tax—higher Alliance Technology reduces this loss.
5. Transfer resources by Attacking
Yes. We said that right. You are basically stealing the resources from your farm. When you are ready to get your resources
- Send all your troops out gathering resources. This ensures no fighting and troops are not lost.
- Leave nobody in the city to defend.
Farming FAQ
Q. How do I collect protected resources?
A. In 2025, Whiteout Survival game was updated and stopped trick of upgrading and cancelling the upgrade. In the past this would add the resource back an unprotected or normal resources. Unfortunately, Whiteout Survival made changes and now resources will be returned as secured resources.
✅ Pro Tip:
Many high-level players run 2–4 farms. More farms = more resources = faster growth, especially during Furnace levels 20–30.
