Understanding and Navigating the Phases
As the State Transfer phase approaches, Chiefs must prepare to make crucial decisions in a limited timeframe. Here's a comprehensive guide to navigate through the three phases efficiently and make informed choices.
- Phase I: Pre-Transfer (3 Days)
- Phase II: Invitational Transfer (2 Days)
- Phase III: Open Transfer (2 Days)
Phase I: Pre-Transfer (3 Days)
Objective: Set Power Cap thresholds and assess potential destination States.
President's Tasks:
- Power Cap Threshold: Set a limit defining the maximum power a State can accept for entry.
- Categorization: Identify States as Leading or Ordinary based on their prosperity status.
- Leading States have fixed Power Cap thresholds and cannot issue Special Invites.
- Invitations: Presidents of Ordinary States can invite Chiefs above the Power Cap to join in Phases II.
- Acceptance/Rejection: Presidents can review incoming requests from Chiefs willing to transfer.
- Accept Chiefs: Presidents can approve Chiefs' requests to join their State if they meet the Power Cap.
- Reject Chiefs: Presidents have the discretion to decline Chiefs' requests based on various criteria.
Ordinary Chiefs' Tasks:
- View Potential Destinations: Chiefs can browse eligible States and their statuses.
Assessment: Evaluate target States based on their prosperity and Power Cap thresholds.
Phase II: Invitational Transfer (2 Days)
Objective: Presidents invite Chiefs to transfer to their State.
President's Tasks:
- Issuing Invitations: Send Ordinary or Special Invites to Chiefs of other States.
- Ordinary Invites: General invitations to Chiefs meeting the target State's Power Cap.,
- Special Invites: Selective invitations to Chiefs above the Power Cap. Note: Special invite sent in phase 2 will work in phase 3.
Chiefs' Actions:
- Receiving Invitations: Chiefs receive invitations from various States during Phase II.
- Await Response: Chiefs wait for the President's decision on whether their transfer request is accepted or rejected. Sending Transfer Requests: Chiefs express their willingness to transfer to a specific State.
Phase III: Open Transfer (2 Days)
Objective: Chiefs transfer based on their own Power Cap eligibility.
This is a First Come First Serve basis. You need to do this right at server reset, asap, since there is cap limit. The President can't accept or decline on Phase 3, and you are still using ticket as requirement to transfer.
Note that depending on the character age, some states might not be visible even if they are in the same group.
